Welcome to 129 E Abriendo Ave — a 1,500 sq ft boutique studio thoughtfully designed with both character and comfort in mind. While it primarily serves as the creative home for my photography work, its charm, light, and flexible layout also make it an ideal setting for baby showers, bridal celebrations, and meaningful gatherings of all kinds.

Located across from the Pueblo Library, this bright, versatile space features tall ceilings, chandeliers, wood floors, a kitchenette, and two restrooms.

FAQs

What’s included with the rental?

Your rental includes:
Full access to our 1,500 sq ft studio space
Use of the kitchenette (sink, counter space, and fridge)
Two private restrooms
Heating and A/C
Plenty of natural light and beautiful interior details

Can we come early to decorate or set up?

Your rental time includes your setup and teardown. If you’d like extra time, you can add hours at $100/hour. Let us know in advance so we can adjust your booking!

How much is required at the time of booking?

To secure your event date, a 50% retainer is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.

Do you provide tables and chairs?

At this time, we do not provide tables or chairs with your rental. You're welcome to bring your own or work with a local rental company. We’re happy to recommend vendors if needed!

Can we serve food and drinks?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring in catering or homemade food. For alcohol, renters must provide proof of event liability insurance with liquor coverage. Let’s chat if you have questions!

What about music or loud activities?

You’re welcome to play music (Bluetooth speakers work great in the space), but we do ask that noise be respectful of neighboring businesses and apartments above the space — especially during weekdays or evening hours.

Is there a photography option?

Yes! As a professional photographer, I’d be happy to offer mini sessions or event coverage during your rental — just ask about adding this on when you book.

How do I reserve the space?

Simply fill out the inquiry form, and I’ll respond within 24 hours to confirm availability and send over the booking proposal, contract, and invoice. A retainer and signed agreement are required to secure your date.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Cancel at least 14 days prior for a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable
